Techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and muscle energy Technique (MET) are combined to create an individualized treatment. Jillian enlists clients to participate in their own recovery and well-being.
Additional services such as cupping and aroma therapy can be added to your treatment for a full sensory experience.
Massage in conjunction with therapy can assist in bringing awareness to areas of the body that have been shut down as a result of trauma or abuse
Our partner Tapas Yoga Shala can assist you in developing a yoga or meditation practice. A variety of classes and instructors makes yoga accessible to those with all levels of experience.
Jillian works with individuals and couples who find difficulties with their interpersonal relationships. As a massage therapist for the past 23 years, I’ve noticed how people hold patterns of pain, trauma, and negative energy in their bodies.
